Welcome to BizRendevous ("BizRendevous," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizRendevous website, products, and services, including links and portals to our related brands (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
BizRendevous, LLC — 8190 Barker Cypress Rd. Ste 1900, Cypress, TX 77433 — operates a business‑development platform connecting tools and resources including: BizFilePro (business registration & compliance), MailAndShipOnline (digital mailbox & shipping network), VisionaryHub (planning & strategy), BrilliantPrintHub (print & marketing), DigiDesigner (AI design studio), and UniteOnline (community & chat). Each sub‑brand may publish service‑specific terms or addenda that apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that any registration and payment information you submit is accurate and up to date.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at contact@bizrendevous.com of any unauthorized use or security issue.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Taxes
- Some Services require paid subscriptions or one‑time fees processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled in your account or by contacting us before renewal.
- Refunds. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, fees are non‑refundable once delivered/activated. Physical print products follow the print policy posted on BrilliantPrintHub. Digital mailbox fees follow the MailAndShipOnline policy.
- Government fees. Where we facilitate filings (e.g., entity formation), government fees are separate, pass‑through, and non‑refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: reverse engineering, scraping without permission, interfering with platform security, infringing intellectual property, sending spam, uploading malware, or using the Services for illegal purposes (including mail fraud, identity theft, or money laundering). We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by BizRendevous or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited license below, no rights are granted.
- License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
- User Content. If you submit content (e.g., logos for print, designs, text, or uploaded documents), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display the content solely to operate and improve the Services and fulfill your orders. You represent you have all rights to the content you submit.
7. Third‑Party Services
The Services may integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Google, shipping carriers, notary/video platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third‑party acts or omissions.
8. Mail & Shipping; Compliance
Features provided through MailAndShipOnline may require identity verification and compliance steps (e.g., USPS Form 1583). You must complete all required steps and provide accurate information. Certain actions (e.g., scanning, forwarding, shredding) are performed by affiliate/location administrators. You authorize those operations when requested within your account.
9. Design & Print Workflows
For design and print orders, you are responsible for proofing and approving files. Production timelines begin after approval and payment confirmation. Color matching is commercially reasonable but not guaranteed to match on‑screen colors.
10. Feedback
We welcome feedback. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it without restriction.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or specific outcomes (e.g., government approvals, delivery times).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizRendevous and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to BizRendevous for the Service at issue in the 3 months before the claim or (b) $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizRendevous and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including payment, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Harris County, Texas. Either party may seek relief in small‑claims court. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for IP or security matters.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
