Scope

Partner provides local mailbox/shipping services to end customers under BizRendevous program rules.

Verify identity (Form 1583), follow item handling instructions (receive, scan, forward, shred).
Maintain secure premises; retain records per schedule and law.
Use branding as authorized; keep materials confidential.

Revenue share per onboarding schedule; payouts net of fees/chargebacks.

BizRendevous may audit compliance; material violations may lead to suspension or termination.

30 days' notice; immediate for material breach or illegal activity.

Partner maintains adequate insurance and indemnifies for its violations of law.

Partner processes personal data solely to perform services for customers and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
