Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the agreement between BizRendevous, LLC (Processor) and Customer (Controller).

Subject Matter & Duration

Processor processes personal data to provide the services for the subscription term.

Nature & Purpose

Hosting, storage, transmission, organization, and related operations to deliver business registration, mailbox/shipping, planning, design/print, and community features.

Data & Subjects

Identifiers, business info, communications, uploads, usage data of Controller's end users. Card data handled by Stripe.

Obligations

• Process only on documented instructions; maintain confidentiality.
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (see Security page).
• Assist with data subject requests and incident notifications.
• Delete or return data at termination unless legally required to retain.

Sub‑processors

Authorized for services delivery (hosting, email, analytics, identity, carriers). Agreements impose protections comparable to this DPA.

Transfers

Use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.

Audits

Provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance; one audit per year.

Incidents

Notify without undue delay after awareness of a personal‑data incident.
